Hello fellow anglers. Windy day at the beach today but we still made a great day of it. We met the group that came in From Mississippi last night at the dock and loaded up with some of Campos live and kicking shrimp and we were off to the old fishing hole. At the first stop the fish were eating it up but it was 5 throw backs to every keeper so we made a short move to a rig that was covered up with good fish a couple days ago but it was slow there but good fish but not enough action for me so off to stop number three and that was the hot spot and in short order we had our limits of fat speckled trout on ice and we went looking for some rod benders. The weather was deteriorating fast so we could only make 1 stop but it was a good one and we caught red fish bay snappers and couldn’t get away from the specks so when the fish box was maxed out and we played catch and release for a while the rain was on the horizon and we ran for the shed with smiles all around and sore arms to boot.
Today I had the pleasure of guiding Mr. Thomas, Mr. Aaron (aka the fishing samurai) MR. Walter and Mr. John who drove in from Brandon Mississippi for a little rod bending action with us. These guys could really fish and had a blast laughing and cutting up all day long on the boat. This was the groups first time down at the beach but they said it sure wouldn’t be their last trip. The final fish count for today was 74 trout 6 reds 5 drums and 17 bay snappers.
The fishing is on fire right now so If you would like to make a trip Capt. Ron Or Capt. Ricky give us a call or drop us an email we would love to take you and your friends and family fishing but call early because the available days are going fast.If you would like to take a trip please give me a call or drop me an email and we can arrange the trip of your lifetime. And as our motto says, “RAIN OR SHINE, SLEET OR SNOW, IF YOU COME WE WILL GO!
Thanks Capt Ron and Capt Ricky
