 Hello fellow anglers. Still fishing and catching plenty of fish at the beach with no sign of oil at all. Met the guys at the dock in from Denham Springs for some fishing fun with us. We loaded up at the crack of 6:30 and of we went to the west around the twin pipeline area and that was all it took because at almost every stop we caught fish weather it was puppy drum or red fish the action was steady all day. All fish today were caught on market shrimp under a rattling cork around the cuts and points. The final fish count for today was 24 red fish and 10 drums not a bad day on the water with a great group of guys. These guys have been fishing with me a bunch and are trying to get as much of it as possible before they hammer us for who knows how long.
