                  Hello fellow anglers. Just wanted to make a quick post of the (9pound 6 oz.) speckled trout that I caught on an late evening scouting trip in Shell Beach. my brother and myself went out on a scouting adventure on the edge of bay

9 pound 6 ounce sow trout

Eloy for some up coming charters that requested some of those sow trout that run this time of the year and low and behold this big girl fell for a croak er free lined over an oyster reef. When she hit I thought I had a bull red fish because she almost spooled me on the initial run but she tired quickly and after we got a glimpse of the giant my brother almost broke a leg getting the net and soon it was in the books as the largest of the year so far. My only regret was that one my customers didn’t catch her but their are plenty more where she came from.
